Looks to be not a supported version of Linux

From the nsd output:

Linux h775689 2.6.13-15.13-default #1 Tue Nov 28 13:43:50 UTC 2006 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

SLES 10 is running the 2.6.16.21 kernel, so I know you are not running SLES 10 and whatever version of Linux you are running is downlevel from SLES 10. You need to upgrade to a version of Linux which is at least SLES 10 equivalent or higher in order to run the Domino 8 Server Beta on Linux.

Also, from the nsd your system has glibc-2.3.5-40, SLES 10 is at glibc-2.4-31 - which is again showing that your OS is downlevel and hence is most likely the cause of your issue.

Thanks!
